Interstate Batteries - Extremely frustrating
Good day...had new battery installed approx august of 17....negative terminal popped off! Clearly not tightened properly.
Very accessible battery..2014 impreza..clearly poorly installed...result?.. vehicle lost its ground, all warning lights came on, and again my wife's out of town by herself. I call Interstate talk to a young man ..name Jason.. I ask for the manager he puts me on hold then comes back says the manager is not here I said would you like to take my statement?
Sure he says I'm trying to explain the problem numerous times he cut me off and then said you don't have to yell at me I recently got a new Bluetooth I guess it was up high so sorry Jason! I said I am not yelling at you we got a battery from you and somebody left the negative terminal loose.. my wife is by herself and I'm trying to avoid a 3-hour drive since you installed it won't you fix it? He then got an attitude with me like I was the problem, he cut me off numerous times instead of saying oh my God that's not good why don't you get your wife's car back in here and we'll get her fixed up he decides to argue with me that's just what you want from a battery store and your wife could be left out and who knows where he has a lot to learn about customer service!
On the install the difficult install LOL we had a very pleasant experience. We get to the problem down the road and he is defensive unacceptable
