Expensive flashlight never has worked

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
The flashlight has no model number on it anywhere. Model number was probably on the packageing. It is a Heavy duty LED model with two ICR18650 3.7V rechargeable batteries. Never had much reason to use it, but bought it for dependability assuming that an expensive ($45) flashlight from Interstate would work OK. It will not stay on longer than 5 minutes with batteries fully charged. First time I took it back they said the charger apparently did not work and gave me a new one. Next time I tried it fully charged same result. Never got around to taking it back so no warranty. If you want bad quality for high prices, Interstate is the place to go

Battery's short life

Bought an Interstate battery for my wife's car in June 2019. Three days ago (June 4, 2020), the car had no electrical charge at all. Nothing. AAA came out and checked it and said the battery was completely shot and needed to be replaced.

I have purchased 3 Interstate Batteries for the same vehicle. The 1st one purchased new had 1 dead cell.

Had to Return it got a new battery. That battery didn’t last a year mechanic replaced it based on warranty, Garage charged me $140.00 based on depreciation. Install was free not the point.

The 3rd battery couldn’t make it 2 years. Forget Interstate batteries a total waste of money & time.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
One year old 5 year warranty battery, they want to give my customer a loner battery so the can diagnos the problem, I was treated poorly and hung up on by Lee and Jim Superior Wi. Interstate battery store. Go to Auto zone or orieleys. Interstate is a joke. You can tell a bad company when they won't let you leave a review with all of thier 5 star reviews

Unhappy with the way my battery installation was handled

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Our battery went dead last year in July and we purchased and had it installed at Firestone. The new battery went dead last week and we brought the car to Firestone and found out the battery was dead and was still under warranty, but Firestone charged us $30+ dollars to install it. I see this as being unfair to us and other customers. We would think Interstate Battery would pay for the installation.
